Shipping Forms


                    Click here to download the following forms:   
                       
                         * Packing Slip Form
                         * Quotation Form

                    Above file names are included in a file called CustomerForms.exe.

                    During download:
                   
                    (1) Select 'run program from original destination' and then:
                    - click "open" to install the shipping form files on to folder:
                     'GlobalShippingAuto' on your computer's  c:\ drive. Or,

                    (2) Download the file to the C:\ drive
                    - Double click the filename to extract the shipping forms.
                    - Click each shipping form file name to open in Microsoft word.
